Not a great deal appears to have been happening
in the RAF long distance world apart from hours and hours

in June. A report will follow here shortly.
The London Marathon (22.4.07) was completed
by a number of our members with some very creditable times
indeed. Congratulations to all those who ran. See here

Mat Stephenson announces his retirement from
triathlon this week - See the forum for related thread. It's
a very sad day for RAF Tri as Mat as been a marvellous example
and inspiration for everyone. Hopefully we will still see
him at some of the events cheering us on as a spectator.
