New course record and a considerable improvement on
2006 for Ben despite the blustery conditions and blisters

Orkney Standard Distance, Kirkwall
Kelda was racing again on a windy and chilly, but beautiful
course (what a surprise for the North of Scotland on
all counts). She achieved 2nd place with a 41:35 run
split on what was an accurate 10k - they measured it
jsut to make sure! The bling's a good thing... |

Kirkudbright Half Marathon. The
weather was very unkind at the Kirkbudbrigh Half Marathon
with rain, cool wind and muddy conditions underfoot.
However this didn't stop Bev Childs posting 1:34.27
