DEVELOPMENT | COACHING
| REFEREES
RAF Tri is growing by the year, mainly as a result of the
considerable work being put in by members of the committee.
This next year is no different, as was shown by the development
presentation given at the AGM.
All members are encouraged to get involved with the courses
on offer in order to develop both individually and to provide
a service to others on your unit. With everyones' support,
the Association will continue to grow in years to come.

Coaching:
In a move towards delivering a UKCC endorsed coaching system
from September 2006; Coach
Education has seen the need to establish a pre-requisite
system for new and existing coaches to progress through the
coaching pathway.
