Unfortunately TRIANGLES in its traditional form is no more. However, it will now be available online with all the articles and info contained within the site. This should make it easier to access information and also be easier to produce.

We still need articles for TRIANGLES though, so any budding writers out there... put pen to paper and submit your script!

For anyone who is interested, the Australian Institute of Sport have produced several cook books for athletes. They contain recipes which are nutritionally sound, quick and easy to prepare and yummy AND scrummy. Details of all of their products are here.

I have Survival For The Fittest and Survival From The Fittest; they both come highly recommended. I can cook most of the recipes, that’s how easy they are.
